We take pride in carefully preparing and shipping every order of Old Pops Charleston products to ensure they arrive fresh and ready to enjoy.

• Processing Time:
  Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

• Shipping Time:
  Standard shipping usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.

• Shipping Rates:
  Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise noted.
  Free shipping is offered on orders of two (2) or more items (excluding cookbooks, unless otherwise specified).

• Packaging:
  All products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

• Shipping Locations:
  We currently ship within the United States.

• Order Tracking:
  Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Returns & Refunds Policy

At Old Pops Charleston, we stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied.

• Food Products (Cocktail Sauce & Bloody Mary Mix):
  Due to the nature of consumable goods, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

• Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
  If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

  Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

• We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

• Unopened Products:
  Unopened and unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

 

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
